Set up by a group of evangelical Singaporean Christians, Project Timothy (PT) seeks to increase bible literacy in Singapore with the aim of raising up a new generation of Christians and Christian leaders who have been transformed by the proclamation of God’s Word. This stems from PT’s conviction that God speaks to His people and works in them to make them more Christ-like when His Word is taught.

PT’s chosen name reflects its desire to achieve its mission by following the instructions that the apostle Paul gave to Timothy in 2 Timothy: to guard the gospel by proclaiming it and by passing it on to reliable people who would also be able to teach it to others.

• MINISTRY MATTERS (Weekend Conference & Training Days)
  To identify and encourage Christians with the desire, gifts and temperament for full-time paid Christian ministry to move in that direction, through expository sermons and relevant seminars to help them think  biblically about issues related to full-time work.
• APPRENTICESHIP LINK UP
  To assist Christians moving towards full-time paid ministry by linking them up with ministry training stints at churches/\ organisations both locally and internationally.
• RECOMMENDING THEOLOGICAL COLLEGES
  PT can also recommend theological colleges to Christians looking into training for full-time paid Christian ministry.
