Evening Expositions on Ezra & Nehemiah – “God's Hand Was Upon Me"

A glimpse into the prophetic books of Ezra and Nehemiah in 4 talks

As the Israelites returned from exile, they pondered the faithfulness of their covenantal God. Would He rescue and restore them just as He had rescued their forefathers from bondage in Egypt and established them as a nation? Ezra and Nehemiah tell us the amazing story of how God moved the hearts of mighty kings and paved the way for His people's return to the Promised Land, to rebuilt the temple and walls.

What do the books of Ezra and Nehemiah have to teach us about God and how He works in His church today? How are we to apply it to ourselves as modern-day Christians?

Join us as Reverend Dr Peter Adam unpacks portions of the books of Ezra and Nehemiah, and show us how the Old Testament is useful for instructing the church today.

Speaker: Rev Dr Peter Adam, Principal of Ridley College (Melbourne, Australia)
